What browser storage does here
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Local storage usually remains across visits, while session storage is associated with a browser tab or session. Games can use these technologies to remember progress and settings.
Storage used by Centropy Arcade
| Purpose | Examples | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Arcade preferences | Favorites, rows per page, nickname, score-sharing choice | Until changed or cleared |
| Game progress | Saved boards, settings, personal bests; varies by game | Until overwritten or cleared |
| Usage reporting | Random browser ID and browser-session ID | Browser ID persists until cleared; a session is renewed after the application’s inactivity interval |
| Admin sign-in | CENTROPYADMIN session cookie | Session cookie; admin access expires after one hour of inactivity |
Our application’s activity reporting and public score sharing are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising cookies
Google AdSense and participating advertising providers may use cookies and related technologies for ad delivery, personalization, frequency controls, measurement, and fraud prevention. Their use depends on the provider, your location, browser settings, and consent choices. Google advertising cookie lifetimes vary; see Google’s cookie information ↗ for details.
Your cookie and advertising choices
If an advertising consent message is shown, use its controls to accept, refuse, or manage the choices it offers. To adjust Google personalized advertising, use Google My Ad Center ↗. For participating third-party advertisers, use the DAA opt-out tool ↗.
Your browser’s privacy settings can block or remove cookies and site data. To clear local game saves or arcade preferences, remove this site’s stored data through those settings. Blocking storage can affect saved games, favorites, score sharing, administrator sign-in, and advertising. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop all ads, cookies, or measurement.
